With February here, now is the time for Valentines Day and showing love for your students, staff, and parents. But the most important people we must show our love to is the people we do life with. You spouse, children and family members need love from you more that you can possibly imagine.
Think out this. Without love, nothing meaningful happens. When we take purposeful steps to share our love with the people we love with and with the people we work with, connections form that can weather and endure any challenge we face, no matter how difficult.
How will you show your love?
There are several ways that we can spread love to our everyone. Here are a few ways that you can do that this week.
Words of Affirmation - Make a positive phone call or tell someone how they make you feel.
Quality Time through a positive conversation that encourages. Listening is quality time.
Gifts, trinkets or cards (don't forget the flowers)
Food, Chocolate, and More Food
Acts of Service: Covering someone's duty, relieving them of a responsibility, or taking something off of their plate.
Education is a hard job and it never gets easier, but it can be more pleasant and definitely more fun when everyone of us becomes intentional in spreading the love to everyone in the building. Don't miss your chance to show your people just how much you care about them.
